Background information of Xenophobia.
South Africa is suffering from the disease of Xenophobia just like other countries in the world. Even if the government tries to stop people from this disease or to discriminate other people but there is no sign of stopping from people in our country. Our government in this country does not allow the attitude of the society in South Africa. Xenophobia can not be recognized as criminality in South Africa but it must be recognized as the hatred or fear of strangers that our people have in our country. South Africa can not afford to develop a reputation that other countries here in African Nationals are not safe within the boarders of South Africa. https://www.iol.co.za/news/opinion/xenophobia-in-sa-is-real-8027113

Advantages of using social media for Xenophobia.
People of South Africa had join the social media to vent their anger, frustrations they have and disgusted on their respective platforms of social media. People can also join the social media to say what they feel about this hurtful thing happening in our country. By citizens joining in social media, that can help to prevent or try to stop from using violence against foreign people.

As for that reason many people blame social media for the erupt of Xenophobia across the country. Social had contributed to so much damage because of the false information the media has created. Recommendations
The xenophobia is something that is well being feared and stigmatized of foreigners. We must confront xenophobia as people here in South Africa, speaking about it might help to defeat xenophobia. We must ask our self as people as to what is a threat of people who have different culture, religion or dress different than us. We must make fun of xenophobia, do jokes about it and it might help to defeat xenophobia.

#FEESMUSTFALL

A process that was supposed to redress past inequalities has had the effect of entrenching them, and in some cases widening them.(Delwyn Verasamy/M&G)
The background information of #feesmustfall
The protest of students in South African universities did not just start in 2015 with the fees must fall. Most students from the poor institutions or universities have been protesting against the fees that kept rising and the cost of higher education since 1994. By that time their protest was ignored and did not made any headlines in regional newspapers by that time. The 2015 must fall has involved many students, students from both historically advantaged and disadvantage students from the past and they have attracted so much media coverage and have involved the protest in London and New York.

Advantages of using social media during #feesmustfall
During #feesmustfall students or protesters used social media like tweeter to make this campaign to be successful and to be popular. Twitter was being used not just to organise and disseminate messages but to actively subvert the traditional approach to the protesters. If students or protesters did not use tweeter there would not be a connectivity provided by social media it is unlikely the #feesmustfall would have spread as quickly as it has. Without tweeter or any other social media that it is unlikely that the protesters would have been able to to organise actions across campuses and institutions as effectively as they have across the country.

Disadvantages of using social media during #feesmustfall
Social media decreases the face to face communication skills, Public Relations Practitioners might find it awkward and unusual to hear something and respond with a thoughtful message through face to face because of ones depending on social media to convey a message. Social media can also give people a license or a right to be hurtful by saying things that one can not say or get away with in person. Public Relations Practitioners experience that a lot through social media by some of the public saying things that might be hurtful to them through social media. Students or protesters did lack of the face to face communication skills during #feesmustfall, they depended to much on social media especially twitter to convey their messages. And sometimes protesters or students said some of the things that they would not have said face to face or in person and get away with it.
